David S. Coats Speaker at N.C. Bar Assoc. Annual Construction Law Section CLE

On September 23, 2021, Bailey & Dixon co-managing partner, David S. Coats, spoke at the North Carolina Bar Association Annual Construction Law Section CLE.  David’s topic was the Economic Loss Rule in North Carolina and the impact of the recent North Carolina Supreme Court decision in Crescent University City Venture, LLC v. Trussway Manufacturing Inc. on construction defect litigation.
