Under Governor Cooper’s “Stay at Home” order, Bailey & Dixon is considered an “essential” business. While that designation permits our office to remain open, we continue to follow steps to curb the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) by limiting person-to-person interaction, avoiding unnecessary travel, staggering schedules, and increasing internal infection control measures. We are currently open with reduced staff on-site and many people working remotely but we are fully operational and continue to be available to serve your legal needs. In this difficult time there has been some inherent inventiveness and we have conducted mediations, depositions, and court hearings, as well as numerous client meetings, by different videoconferencing technologies. As we all continue to evolve in this process please be careful and safe. Thank you.
